Chancery Trust Company Limited is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission as a Corporate Service Provider (CSP). It specialises in the provision of offshore company and trust formation, administration and management services.

The directors, who wholly own the company, are experienced professionals in the fields of finance, law and taxation. DIRECTORS
Gethin Taylor, ACA

Gethin, a qualified chartered accountant, is the principal of the company and has been advising on the establishment and running of offshore structures for over ten years. A native of Wales, he has broad business experience in the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.
Gethin moved to the Island in 1991 and prior to establishing Chancery Trust he was Managing Director and shareholder of another Isle of Man Corporate Service Provider that achieved continuous expansion and success during his stewardship of over eight years.
Keith Jones

Keith is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has worked in the offshore industry in Gibraltar and the Isle of Man since 1979. He regularly writes and lectures on Isle of Man Trust and Corporate matters.
Keith advises on all aspects of establishing and running offshore structures, both companies and trusts. He has a detailed grounding in UK taxation and is therefore ideally placed to point out the common pitfalls of setting up such structures.

Lindsay Ludgate

Lindsay qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 1997 and joined Chancery at its inception. Prior to this she spent 14 years in general accountancy practice in the Isle of Man.

Lindsay is responsible for all accountancy functions within the office including timely preparation of the accounts of both Chancery and all client companies.
